A 4th degree black belt in Aikido (Japanese self-defence), he has also been studying Kashima Shinryu sword fighting style since 2009 and Systema since 2021.

Apart from martial arts, he loves playing strategic board games and singing.

He is a father to a daughter and Uncle to a niece - one reason he is so passionate about helping women to achieve their goals.
